Accommodation Policy

1- Reservations / Rules

• All bookings are subject to confirmation by the G3Store Surf Center.
• After confirmation and payment of a deposit of 20% of the total amount, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation and all necessary information.
• The remaining payment of your reservation can be made, if you wish, only at check-in.
• Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal or Credit Card.
• Check in takes place from 3 pm and check out must take place by 11 am.

2- Cancellation

• If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the Check-In date, the full deposit amount will be refunded.
• If you cancel up to 24 hours before the Check-In date, the deposit amount will not be refunded, but you will have the possibility to reschedule your stay, within 1 year and subject to availability.
• If you do not show up, you will not receive the deposit amount, and if you want to reschedule you will have to pay the deposit again.
• After check-in there will be no refund, except for illness or accident.

Surf Lessons Policy

• All bookings are subject to confirmation by the G3Store Surf Center.
• The values of the classes include all the necessary material for the practice of the sport (suit, board,) and monitoring by coaches certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation.
• Sports insurance is included in the price of classes.
• G3Store reserves the right to cancel classes due to the lack of sea and atmospheric conditions.
• G3Store Surf Center is committed to providing material in good condition for the good performance of the class.
• Students will have to strictly follow the teacher's instructions, complying with all safety rules.
• If there is an imprudent use by the students that causes damage to the material, they will be charged the amount of the repair.

• Failure to show without notice or justification, implies the payment of the reserved class. The same applies to unchecks on the same day

Rental Policy

• All bookings are subject to confirmation by the G3Store Surf Center.
• G3Store Surf Center is committed to providing material in good condition.
• G3Store reserves the right to cancel the rental due to lack of maritime and atmospheric conditions.
• Citizen card or passport is required for the rental.
• The rented material must be delivered in the same condition in which it was received, under penalty of having to bear the monetary value of the damage done.
• In case of serious deterioration, breakage or loss of the material, the total amount of the rented material will be charged
• The Equipment must also be delivered clean, as when it was rented.
• The rented material must be delivered at the agreed time, otherwise the remaining rental amount will be charged.
• The customer is financially and personally responsible for the rented material until it is returned.

The contracting of any service at G3Store Surf Center presupposes the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
